Our Management Team

Robert Carroll

Founder and CEO

In his early 20s, Rob started his subrogation journey as a claims auditor traveling the country as part of a team that audited insurance carriers’ closed and open claims for missed subrogation opportunities. Back then, most claims were still physical paper files in storage rooms. He has managed and handled every volume of claim review, from a few hundred files to projects that were tens of thousands of claims. Spending years learning that process and working with experienced peers and experts in the industry, Rob has taken on different positions such as an Uninsured Motorist Collector, Property, PIP, and Medical claims, as well as sales, client relations, and field adjusting . Learning every aspect of the business along the way, he fully understands how to produce the best results, provide excellent customer service, and maintain client satisfaction, and retention.

He has worked with some of the top subrogation firms nationwide for all varieties of clients and claims. He is still hands-on with claim audits and the overall operation of the company as he continues to build its people, its processes, and Venture’s successful team.

Kimberly Zwicker

Co-Founder, President / CFO

With over 13 years in the industry Kim has handled thousands of inbound and outbound subrogation claims, auditing, reporting, even climbing onto roofs as a field adjuster but, most importantly assisting in recovering millions of dollars for Venture’s clients and their insureds.  She leads daily operations, client relations, and is a key member of sales and auditing.  Kim finds subrogation still exciting as ever, always learning, and always being indispensable to clients.

After excelling in and graduating college with a 4 year degree, she began a temp job, which turned full-time in less than 3 months.  After 5+ successful years, reaching a pinnacle, and viewing no future opportunity for growth, she chose to resign from her position.  Kim looked to pursue not just a job but a career, one that challenged and pushed her to reach full potential.   She came across Subrogation, applied with a vendor, and was hired as a Subrogation Specialist.  Working in pursuing negligent parties and producing recoveries served much reward.  After gaining experience it appeared that a Subrogation Vendor could do so much more for their clients.  With the knowledge, support, and combined experience of fellow subrogation experts, Venture Subrogation was created.
